TGN Project Services are the UK’s vendor neutral PROFIBUS & PROFINET experts, we believe in the technology and selecting the best products that fit the requirements.
 

We provide client led advice and solutions from design and implementation through to on site commissioning / validation and fault finding. We aim to work with clients on finding a solution that meets their requirement and budget, whilst showing what the technology can offer them in benefits. We can then follow up with Certified staff training so that the new systems have skilled staff maintaining them.
 

We specialise in PROFIBUS DP & PA, PROFINET, Ethernet APL and IO-Link, with demonstration rigs available for each protocol. We can support you remotely or at your location.

• Training, Workshops & Demos

As an approved training centre, we can provide PROFIBUS & PROFINET Certified PI Training, both on site at client locations, and public courses at our training centre in Telford, UK. We can attend client sites for equipment demonstrations showing what the technology is capable of and the value-added benefits.
 

• Design Consultancy

We can help you plan and design your PROFIBUS, PROFINET and IO-Link systems, whether that is a new network or an extension to an existing system. We use leading industry software to prove the network will operate within guidelines before a single cable is laid.
 

• System Integration Support

Client orientated support for the integration of PROFIBUS & PROFINET into your automation systems, looking at engineering, configuration and implementation.
 

• Commissioning & Validation

TGN can support with PROFIBUS & PROFINET on site commissioning and acceptance testing / validation for hand over.
 

• Fault Finding & Diagnostics

On site support for fault finding and diagnostics with problematic PROFIBUS & PROFINET systems. We also provide routine network health checks to ensure your network is operating as efficiently as possible.
 

• Legacy Support

Supporting existing PROFIBUS systems with available infrastructure components and ensuring it is continual functionality. We can also help with the upgrade from PROFIBUS to PROFINET.
 

• PROFIBUS PA & Ethernet APL

We provide support with PROFIBUS & PROFINET into UKEX rated hazardous environments.
